Soviet citizens will be allowed 'progress, coexistence and intellectual freedom'.

Andrei Sakharov : physicist
'Progress, Coexistence and Intellectual Freedom' was the title of an essay by Andrei Sakharov, who was a vocal dissident of the Soviet regime. His demands for political liberalism and freedom of expression were the core arguments of the Soviet Dissident Movement which arose in the late 1960s and expanded in the 1970s. In 1982, the KGD routed the movement and hundreds were either arrested or forced to emigrate.
