Food will become synthesized

Ray Kurzweil : futurist
Food will be commonly "assembled" by nanomachines. This food will be externally indistinguishable from "natural" food, but it can be made more wholesome since production will be controlled at the molecular level. This technology will decouple food production from climate conditions and the availability of natural resources.
